Our Customer Service Pledge
At Tascon Group, we want you to know that your relationship starts with us the first day you walk into our Sales Office and lasts long after you close on your home. In order to ensure this relationship, the following services have been established by our Customer Service Department:
Home Orientation and Pre-Settlement Inspection
This inspection is designed to prepare you for living in your new home by explaining the features and operation of the many parts and pieces that comprise your home. This inspection also allows you the opportunity to note any areas within your home that are in need of repair or adjustment.
6 Month Service Request
Although Tascon Group strives to build you a perfect home, we are realistic enough to know that we may make mistakes or that something in your home may not perform as intended. Once you have lived in your home for six months and have had the opportunity to discover any new items in need of repair or adjustment, our Customer Service Department will come back to address these issues.
Common Areas and Exterior Building Services
As part of your monthly maintenance fee, the Professional Management Company for your community will continue to ensure that the common grounds of the Community and the exterior of your home are kept in optimum condition and appreciating in value.
